Which Leadership Program is right for you?

Leadership Wilkes-Barre’s portfolio includes six programs targeting multiple areas in the community; Core, Junior, Executive, Intercollegiate, the Professional Development Series,  and our newest program, Impact: Leadership in Education for K-12 classroom teachers. Every year, we watch our alumni network grow by the hundreds, with each graduate having their own impact on the community. For more information, please select one of the programs below.

Designed for adult professionals to develop leadership skills, become more involved within our community, and build connections through networking events.

Brings together the region’s education professionals for a series of interactive sessions designed to empower teachers to be progressive agents of positive change within schools.

Community based leadership program for high school juniors who learn leadership development, community awareness and meet with area leaders in business, government and Education.

A community orientation program for professionals who have recently moved to the area or those who want to be reacquainted with the community.

Students from six local universities collaborate to develop leadership skills, discuss regional issues and create connections for future professional opportunities.

Custom designed, in-house leadership training coordinated by the LWB team and available for outsourcing to local businesses and organizations.
